We see the space, measure it, and ask what the last company missed.

A fixed monthly price with the scope in writing.
First visit with the owner present.
The checklist is set together on night one.
Photo report after every visit.
Inspections at least one visit in ten.
The standard, in writing
- Employees on W-2, never subcontractors
- Background checks before any key is issued
- General liability $1M / $2M; certificate on request
- Workers’ compensation through Chesapeake Employers
- Janitorial bond
- 12-month agreement, 30-day release after month three
- Transparent billing: first month in advance, then net 15
